Key Stage 4

We welcome all students to their exciting, new Key Stage 4 curriculum. Our Open Evenings and Mornings, our attendance at High School Parents’ Evenings and the options assemblies and advice sessions we offer, are invaluable to the transition process.

Being confident about the quality of education and having a personalised curriculum tailored to the needs of your child is of utmost importance. To this end, apart from the statutory subjects dictated by the Government for all schools, we have moved away from a compulsory model of curriculum, to one where we offer an extensive menu of academic and vocational subjects. A very highly qualified body of professional, committed and inspirational teaching staff complement this.

Over the past nine years, in particular the last fours years, our College has made significant year on year improvements on all levels. We attribute much of our academic success to our belief that issues of relevance and enjoyment should be most important in our decisions about curriculum.
