IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU COLLECT YOUR CERTIFICATES AND KEEP THESE SAFE
The College is only required to keep certificates for one year, after this time the College may have any uncollected certificates destroyed. Please check with the College to see if we have retained your certificates if you have not collected them and they were issued over a year ago. The cost of replacement certificates from Examination Boards is approximately £35.00 per certificate.
If you are staying on at King Edward VII Science and Sport College in the sixth form, you will collect your certificates at a presentation morning. If you have left the College, certificates will be available from mid November. You can obtain your certificates as follows:
- You can come in person to collect your certificates from the College's main reception.
- You can get someone else to collect your certificates on your behalf, however they must bring with them written consent from yourself giving them permission to collect your certificates. Click here for a printable permission letter.
- You can arrange to have your certificates posted to you for a small fee of £2.50. To arrange this please take your payment and written details of the postal address to which your certificates should be sent, to reception.
