Easter Revision School

Year 11 students showed an impressive commitment to their revision by signing up to the college's highly successful Easter Revision School.

As in previous years, staff gave up their time during the first week of the Easter break to run extended revision sessions in subjects ranging from maths, English and science, through to computing, history and geography. During the sessions, students were primed with the key subject knowledge and concepts they will need to tackle exam questions with confidence; they were also given advice about how to structure their answers, as well as having individual problems addressed by subject specialists.  Well over half the year attended all three days of Easter Revision School.  During the week, there was a real sense of energy and purpose in college.  We wish our students well as they put the finishing touches to their revision preparation.  Further revision support is planned for students during the half term break in June.
