Head Girl And Head Boy Election

The prospective candidates for the post of head girl and head boy gave presentations to the whole of year 12 in the Harley Theatre.

All of the applications had been high quality and was further evidence of the talent in the sixth form. To deliver a presentation to eighty of your peers is not an easy thing to do. To be able to do it when you are in year 12 is exemplary.

The presentations were all delivered with passion and a strong desire to make the college even better. They were all good orators and discussed ideas such as working as a team, talking to senior leaders, listening to others and improving self-esteem. The following students are the candidates:

ADAM FRANKLAND

JACOB WORRELL

ANNA CHURCH

ISABELLE JURKOWSKI

MELISSA WILLIAMSON

CHANTEL YOUNG

All year 12 students and staff then voted for their preferred candidate. The next process will be interviews with senior staff. Whatever happen all of these students will be on the student leadership team. Here they will be able to organise events, represent the college and help to improve the experience at college for students and teachers alike.

Well done to all the candidates.
