Our aim is to provide a supportive and secure environment in which all students can experience success.

There are up to 15 tutor groups (of 26-30 students) in each year. At Key Stage 4 each tutor group has two tutors who have the initial responsibility for overseeing and monitoring the welfare and progress of students in the group.

Each Year is headed by a Year Head and a non-teaching Student Manager who provide an effective and efficient system of pastoral care and student welfare.

Two Vice Principals, two Assistant Principals and the Principal complete the pastoral team.

Parents are welcome to visit the College. Prior appointments will enable us to ensure that the people concerned are available.
